All is set for the collation of results of Saturday’s Presidential election at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
State Collation Officers drawn mainly from Vice Chancellors of Federal Universities are expected to present results of the elections to the Chief Collation Officer and INEC Chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu for collation.
Yakubu announced on Saturday that the National Collation Centre will open at mid-day but the National Commissioner, Information and Voter Education, Festus Okoye said the exercise will start by 1.00pm.
He said the Commission needs to put a few things in place before the commencement of the exercise.
At the time of this report, party agents who were expected to be on ground for the exercise were yet to arrive the venue.
