Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, has once again confirmed the end of the iconic music duo Psquare, emphasizing his desire to focus on his solo career.
In a recent statement, Rudeboy expressed his frustration over the dynamics of the group, citing that he was the one doing most of the work while others reaped the benefits.
Reflecting on his experience with Psquare, Rudeboy stated, “Those days of ‘monkey dey work, baboon dey chop,’ I no dey do am again. Every time na only me dey sing all the songs.”
He made it clear that he prefers to work independently now, further solidifying that Psquare, once one of Nigeria’s most celebrated music duos, will not be reuniting.
