Following allegations that surfaced after the death of Bimbo, wife of celebrity car dealer IVD, reality TV star, Mercy has denied romantic involvement with him.
The winner of the BBNaija Season 4 edition winner said the only involvement she’s had with IVD was strictly business.
She claimed to have only brought a car from him before her 27th birthday in 2020. Lambo in a video was aghast as she addressed speculations of romantic involvement with IVD whose wife Bimbo died on Saturday as a result of alleged domestic violence.
While shedding tears, she swore that sorrow would overwhelm those speculating she was romantically involvement with IVD.
“If I ever had any relationship with IVD apart from this transaction, let me not amount to anything,” she added.
She posted receipt of the N39 million she paid for a 2018 Range Rover she bought in September 2020 to celebrate her birthday with the caption: “My name has been tarnished for the longest time, this is the first and last time I’m going to address this.
“The reason I’m addressing this blatant lie is because of the late wife Mrs. Bimbo. These are pieces of evidence and receipts showing that I have nothing other than business transactions with IVD!!!”
