Former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ekiti, Bisi Kolawole, has won the governorship primary of the party in the state. Kolawole is the preferred aspirant of Ayodele Fayose, former governor of the state.
He will now fly the PDP flag at the June 18 governorship election. The event took place at the Great Eagle Hall in Ado-Ekiti on Wednesday.
Akwa Ibom State governor, Udom Emmanuel, who is also Chairman of the PDP Primary Committee, is expected to officially declare the results soon.
